Zoom Interview:
5 interviewers! (虽有提前准备不太充足,但还是通过了面试。)
Q1: Why do you think you qualify for this job?
I was also learning engineering and got a bachelor degree before artcenter. Operating different equipments and learning new applicants were like my daily routine.
Right now, I’m working at an animation studio, and sometimes I need to help motion capture team. You know for mocap, we have to deal with multi-cameras and connect separate programs into one system. Even I’m not very familiar with live-streaming, I think I could be a fast learner.
And I do enjoy helping others.
Q2: Do you have any live streaming work experience?
No, but I was TA for 2d animation class last term. One responsibility was setting up zoom and also helping the teacher use zoom during the class. I feel zoom is an old friend.
Q3: (pressure&time management) How do you work under pressure? How do you plan your work when you have multiple conflicting tasks?
(未准备)artcenter helped/forced me develop my time management skill.
I create a to-do list for myself that includes the items I need to complete within that day. I order my list by level of importance and deadline so I can focus on the most critical and urgent tasks first while keeping all other tasks on the list to make sure they get done as well.
When I’m at work, I keep my focus on my current responsibilities and make sure my to-do list is my main priority. When I am away from work, I give my full focus to my family and my hobbies. I find that giving this focus to what I am currently involved in allows me to enjoy my life fully while staying productive at work.
Q4: (teamwork) As a team leader, how would you handle it if there was a challenging situation?
(未准备)trust your team.
